melting
consists of two pieces, a chair and a table. The sinuosity of its design plays with the viewer's perception and confuses them, creating a sense of constant movement. Thus, the objects visually transport us to a new materiality that contrasts with the original, one that is more fluid and malleable. The plasticity and viscosity conveyed simulate a change of state in them, and the wood seems to melt. The organic shapes, acting as supports, transform with each elevation, offering us different appearances of the same piece. For its production, we use solid american maple or poplar wood.
